Description
Established in the summer of 2015, Fireside is a steakhouse located in the Evergreen Shopping Market. When entering, you will walk into a bi-level modern space, with a fireplace at the entrance of the restaurant. Its dim lighting allows it to be classy, but its diverse menu assures that it is still a family-friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy a selection of well-seasoned foods with a large variety of appetizers, sandwiches, and classic entrees and steaks.
Renowned Chef Alexander Remer has worked under Chef Seth warshaw at Etc. Steakhouse, as well as many other kosher restaurants throughout his years. He was then invited to be the executive chef at Fireside, where he has been creating amazing dishes that keeps diners constantly returning for more. Chef Remer’s goal is to cook using ingredients that he would eat solo, and to combine classical techniques with the kind of “provincial” fare he ate in his youth.
Every dish on the menu is carefully created in order maintain Fireside’s great reputation. Their specialty appetizer is beer battered Duck Fingers, served with Maple Aoili, Fireside Sauce, Creamy Dijon, and Sweet-Sour Dip. Their Chicago Style Deep Dish Meat Pizza was the biggest hit in the Kosher Food and Wine Experience, and has taken off in the restaurant ever since. The Skillet Pastrami is also a hot dish that is often being served, which is Grilled Pastrami Steak with a Sweet glaze. Many diners continue to rave about the “All In” Dessert, which is a Tempura Banana, Bruleed Marshmallow, Flourless Chocolate cake, Chocolate/Strawberry/Blueberry sauce, Brown Sugar Mixed Nut Brittle, Almond taffy, Mint Chocolate Chip with Ice Cream, and Blueberry Donut Holes. Wow, that’s a mouth full!
They have a large party room upstairs for special occasions and business conferences. Reservations are encouraged to be made in advanced. Fireside is perfect for a date, business meeting, or a family dinner, since there is nothing like sitting by the fireplace!
