With the success and prosperity of Bedford Kitchen in Queens, the Bedford family opened its sister restaurant in midtown Manhattan. This luxurious, classy, modern steakhouse located in the back of Mendy’s on 34th street, opened its doors in November 2016. Alex Falco is the executive chef and this is his first experience in the kosher culinary world. A graduate of Oxford Culinary School in England, Falco is bringing a whimsical twist on new American. His style is called creative New American.
Signature items like the Smoked Tongue Hash, and Filet Oscar (eye of rib instead of “filet mignon”) are sure to please your palate. With the majority of Bedford on Park’s meat being smoked, you cannot say you have experienced Bedford on Park until you try the Smoked Dino Ribs served with cornbread and coleslaw.
