Asian Grill Fusion Steakhouse in Buenos Aires serves the finest cuts of kosher meat with a world-class presentation, combining roasted Asian spices. Start the evening off with a glass of wine or a specialty cocktail drink from the bar. Follow that with either their Sweetbreads wrapped in crispy, stringed potatoes or Meat Spring Rolls, consisting of filo pastry rolls with minced beef, vegetables, ponzu sauce, plus sweet and sour sauce. Another fun starter is the three Mini Burgers that come with BBQ sauce, caramelized onions and pickle. Principales, or what we call ‘main entrees’, are deliciously prepared using old and new technology, discovered in a distinctive way to grill them with charcoal and wooden logs that make the taste of the meats out of this world. Roasted Lamb from the Patagonian region is slowly oven roasted with bay leaves, garlic, rosemary, and then grilled and served with Fennel Salad (apples, mint, almonds, orange vinaigrette, roasted sweet potatoes, Asian spices, honey and caramelized onions). Asian Grill’s house special for 2 is the Rib Eye Steak on a Bone weighing a whopping 1.5 kilograms, served with BBQ sauce and potatoes (sautéed with cherry tomatoes, spring onion, leeks, and a green salad). No dinner at Asian Grill is complete without a dessert, like the Chocolate Mousse or parve Passion Fruit Tartlet.
