Description
Eden Wok, believe it or not, is the only full Chinese restaurant in all of Manhattan. And you will be pleasantly amazed with the taste and efficiency. Opened since 2006, Eden Wok offers authentic Chinese and Sushi in a friendly and peaceful environment. The restaurant has a simple yet dignified decor and is perfect for those looking to eat and relax. Located in the center of Midtown, the restaurant has a very reasonable lunch special with plenty of hot meat and vegetarian soups. If you’re in a hurry, the restaurant is readily prepared as they offer freshly made sushi near the counter. Highly recommended are the Dragon Roll, with spicy tuna and avocado on top and for those who prefer not to eat the raw fish, get the Mexican Roll, with it’s special spicy sauce. The restaurant also offers Asian sandwiches in a pita, like Chicken, Spice Steak and Sino Steak. Of course, they have all your favorite Chinese dishes, all of which can be made with your diet requests.
If you are an out-of-towner, Eden Wok is a great place to order your Friday night meal. You get two regular sized dishes, four egg rolls, a quart of wonton, egg drop or hot and sour soup, white and fried rice, all for under $30- and they offer free delivery. Eden Wok also specializes in catering, with a variety of menus to suit your budget. For a minimum of 20 people, they have in-house catering menus starting at $19.95 per person and for take-out catering, starting at just $7.75 per person. The restaurant also offers frozen meals available for travel. From the moment you enter Eden Wok, with a warm greeting from Manager Andi Darmawan and his staff, you will be well taken care of. The same quality and hospitality is surely true at their other locations in Westchester and their brother branch, Wok Tov in Great Neck (711 Middle Neck Road, (516-498-3843) and Cedarhurst, Long Island (594 Central Ave., 516-295-3843).

Description
Talia's Steakhouse & Bar is a warm and romantic restaurant serving traditional American cuisine. The walls are decorated by a revolving gallery of artwork by some of New York's best artists and photographers. The restaurant is usually packed and bustling with dates and a hip, trendy crowd. Their creative and delectable menu received a very good "20" ranking by Zagat, which includes the finest dry-aged steaks, veal chops, lamb chops, fish, duck, chicken, sweetbreads, salads, pasta, vegetarian dishes and rich desserts. Recommended dishes include the Thai Beef Salad that is listed as an appetizer but it's so good and bountiful that it can be mistaken for a main and the Hickory Grilled Salmon Salad. For entrees, the Butcher’s Cut “Supreme” Ribeye Steak is thick and spectacular. And for dessert, you better get two hot chocolate souffles because you'll be fighting with your partner over just one. Only the best quality and most expensive ingredients are used, specially prepared by their chef.
Talia's Steakhouse has a fully stocked open bar where you are able to eat, drink, watch a sports game on their flat screen Sony Plasma HDTV. The bar is also a great place to meet, mix and mingle with other singles and friends. Be sure to visit them on Saturday night (the restaurant is turned into a lounge) and Monday night where you can enjoy live Jazz & Blues. Keep in mind that Friday night dinners may be reserved for prepaid special events including group dinners and guests lectures. When the weather is nice, you can dine at their outdoor sidewalk cafe. The restaurant also features an impressive selection of bottles and draft beers and a superb international wine list.
Talia's Steakhouse has always created much buzz on the internet's message board, but especially recent because of two new additions. The first is Talia's to Go, a separate area in the restaurant for those without much time to pick up and go; and the second being their one of a kind "cheese" burger - which many of their non-kosher diners have pointed out "really tastes like the real thing." The owner, Ephraim Nagar, a successful businessman who has developed other restaurants, opened up the steakhouse in memory of his daughter Talia. Ephraim knew that she would love a place where people could enjoy, be happy and have fun. She would surely be proud.
